  • 3 sticks butter or margarine, softened
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 6 egg whites
  • 3 c. sugar

Directions

    Beat butter, egg yolks, almond extract, coconut and sugar. Alternately add flour and milk.

    Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold in.

    Bake in Bundt pan at 350° until done when tested.
