- 1 1/2 c. Crisco
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Directions

1Cream sugar and Crisco; add eggs, one at a time.

2Beat well after adding each egg.

3Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture alternately with the milk.

4Add flavoring; fold in the coconut.

5Bake in a large tube pan for 2 hours at 300°.
