- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. coconut milk, divided
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine sugar and cornstarch in small bowl.

2Blend in 1/2 cup coconut milk and salt.

3Heat remaining 1/2 cup coconut milk in medium saucepan.

4Do not let it boil.

5Add cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until thickened.

6Pour into 8-inch square dish. Refrigerate until firm.

7Makes 4 servings.
