- 1 (8 oz.) can coconut milk, thawed
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 1 white cake mix
- 2 c. shredded coconut
Directions

1Mix cake as directed on the box.

2Pour batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake.

3Mix coconut milk and instant pudding on high for 2 minutes or until lumps are dissolved.

4Use pudding mixture as icing for cake.

5Spread Cool Whip over icing, then sprinkle with shredded coconut.
