- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 15 Kellogg's Frosted Mini-wheats cereal, crushed to measure 1 1/3 cup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
Directions

1Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

2Set aside.

3In a medium bowl, stir crushed cereal, milk, pumpkin and vanilla.

4Let stand for 15 minutes.

5Meanwhile, in another bowl, beat shortening and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

6Add egg and beat well.

7Stir in pumpkin mixture and add flour mixture.

8Mix until well combined.

9Spread evenly in greased 9x13-inch pan.
