- 1/4 cup Quinoa
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk
- Dash Cinnamon
- Handful of Almonds, Cashews or nuts of your choice
- Pumpkin seeds (chia seeds or hemp seeds are also good options)
- Stevia (only if necessary)

1Cook quinoa as package instructs.

2Add coconut milk to desire consistency/taste (amount will depend on the amount of quinoa in the bowl).

3Sprinkle in cinnamon to taste.

4Toss in the nuts and seeds. The nuts often add a sweet, rich flavor.

5If you need it sweeter, add a bit of stevia (be sure it is pure stevia since some brands have additional sweetener added).
