- 3 c. yellow squash, cooked and drained well
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 3 tsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 small can coconut
- 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together well.

2Pour into unbaked pie shell and cook for 20 minutes.

3Sprinkle coconut on top of pie and cook 15 minutes more.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
