  • 1 c. graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. flake coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 4 egg whites, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Beat egg whites until foamy and add sugar; beat until stiff. Add crumbs and rest of ingredients.

    Bake in a large pie tin or cake pan at 350° until done or golden, about 20 minutes.

    Serve with ice cream.
