  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 12 spanish chorizo slices

Directions

    Cook cod filets for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

    Two minutes before cod is cooked, place chorizo on the plancha and cook 1 minute on each side.
