- 4 4-ounce cod fillets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 8 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
