  • 2 slices codfish
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/4 savoy cabbage
  • 1 garlic clove
  • coriander to taste
  • salt
  • vinaigrette
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • sesame seeds

Directions

    Bake the codfish slices with a pinch of salt. Remove the bones and the skin. Set aside.

    Cut the savoy cabbage and zucchini very thin, and add to the codfish with the garlic and coriander to taste.

    Prepare the vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sesame seeds, pepper, and oregano.

    Season the codfish and vegetables with the vinaigrette and check the salt.
