  • 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 2 tsp. hot water
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 4 c. (1 qt.) Borden half and half
  • 3/4 c. chopped almonds, toasted
  • 1/3 c. almond brickle chips
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. almond extract

    In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water.

    In ice cream freezer containers, combine all ingredients; mix well.

    Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
