  • 3 tablespoons espresso

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Place the eggs, flour, granulated sugar, butter, milk, coffee, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and using the electric mixer, first on low speed, beat all the ingredients together. Switch to high speed and beat until the batter is creamy and smooth.

    Pour the batter into a buttered and floured 25-centimeter bundt cake pan.

    Bake for approximately 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
