  • 1 box raisins
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
  • cinnamon (as you like)
  • allspice (as you like)
  • 2 lb. nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 lb. butter

Directions

    Boil raisins and coffee for 5 minutes.

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, beaten well.

    Add vanilla, spices and raisins. Add flour and nuts.

    Mix and pour in tube pan.

    Cook at 300° for 2 hours.
