  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 large can pie filling

    Mix first 6 ingredients together; stir in flour.

    Place 2/3 of batter on large cookie sheet; spread 1 large can of pie filling and drop remaining batter on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
