- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Sift flour.

2Add sugar and salt into a large mixing bowl.

3Add warm milk, shortening, beaten eggs and yeast mixture.

4Stir and mix well.

5Then turn out on floured board and knead.

6This dough will be very soft, knead well, put it into a large greased bowl and cover with towel.

7Place in warm oven.

8Let it raise until doubled.

9Punch it down and divide in 3 and knead.

10Put in three 9 or 10-inch pans.

11Spread melted butter over the top and sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and chopped nuts.

12Bake in 350° preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes.

13You can ice the top or put fresh fruit on top.
