  • 1 vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. xxx sugar
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients and pour into greased 9x13 in. pan.

    Combine pecans, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter.

    Cut thru with knife to swirl.

    Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Combine sugar and orange juice until smooth.

    Pour over hot cake.
