- 1 pkg. yeast
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. or 2 sticks oleo
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Dissolve yeast.

2In large bowl, combine flour, salt and vanilla; add 1/4 cup sugar.

3Cut in oleo.

4In separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk and yeast, then add to the flour mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

5Divide dough, roll out; sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon.

6Roll up and cut.

7Place on cookie sheet and flatten with hand.

8Bake at 350°.

9Repeat with rest of dough.
