- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix warm water and yeast until yeast dissolves.

2Add sugar, salt, oil and milk.

3Add 4 cups of flour (add more, up to 4 1/2 cups as needed).

4Fill 2 well-greased coffee cans half full.

5Set plastic tops on cans while dough rises.

6When dough reaches tops, about 1 hour, bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Cool 10 minutes. Remove from cans.
