- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 tall can condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Place yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in dish and cover with saucer.

2Let stand for 15 minutes until it bubbles.

3Grease the insides of 2 (1 pound) coffee cans.

4Add yeast mixture to dry ingredients.

5Add liquids and mix.

6Drop in greased coffee cans (half in each).

7Cover with plastic lids that come with the cans. When the lids pop off, you are ready to bake the bread in the cans without the lids.

8Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
