Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. sifted flour, divided
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Measure 1 1/2 cups of the sifted flour into large bowl of mixer.

2Add yeast and blend at #3 speed 1/2 minute.

3Combine milk, 1/2 cup water, oil, sugar and salt in a small saucepan.

4Heat on low heat until mixture is just warm.

5Add to dry ingredients in the mixer bowl and beat at #3 speed until smooth.

6Add eggs and beat at #4 speed until mixture is blended.

7Turn to #1 speed and gradually add 1 cup flour.

8Beat until smooth and well-blended. Scrape beaters.
