  • 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. or 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 tsp. each: nutmeg, cloves, allspice and cinnamon
