  • 1/2 to 1 oz. finely cut up chocolate
  • 1 c. strong hot coffee
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 to 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Pour over chocolate the strong hot coffee.

    Add the milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and eggs.

    blend in blender.

    Bake at 300° to 325° until knife is clean, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
