  • 2/3 cup white sugar with dash of brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 7 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 few drops vanilla
  • 1/2 lb butter softened
  • 1 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cup self rising flour(spooned into measuring cups)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

    preheat oven 350 grease 13x9 pan

    for crumb: melt butter, cool slightly.

    add dry ingredients then vanilla while stirring and pushing around with fork

    refrigerate crumb topping

    cream butter then add sugars and cream well

    add eggs one at time beating each time and until light and fluffy

    alternate between flour and milk.

    mixing well between each add.

    hint: I add the vanilla for to the milk for cake batter

    hint: this batter will be thick when pouring into pan

    add crumb topping before baking.
