Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cold espresso (sweetened if needed) or 2 ounces strong coffee (sweetened if needed)
  • 1 ounce chocolate syrup or 1 ounce Creme de Cacao
  • 1 ounce raspberry flavored syrup or 1 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
  • ice cube (about 8)
  • sweetened whipped cream, for garnish
  • cocoa powder, for garnish
  • fresh raspberry, for garnish

Directions

    Add espresso, syrups, and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker; cover.

    Shake vigorously.

    Strain into a chilled martini glass.
