- 34 cup hot strong coffee
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 34 cup hot milk
- 13 cup almonds, toasted
- 13 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 14 cup heavy cream, slightly whipped
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Mix milk, coffee and sugar and bring to a boil.

2Meanwhile, in a small dish, mix cornflour with some cold milk.

3Stir in until the mixture thickens and is well cooked.

4Remove from flame.

5Add essence and allow to cool.

6Fold in cream.

7Top with almonds.

8Turn into wet dessert glasses.
