  • 6 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 qt. cold milk
  • 2 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 qt. ginger ale

Directions

    Dissolve coffee in water and chill.

    Add sugar and milk.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Pour into punch bowl and spoon in ice cream, stirring until partly melted.

    Add ginger ale.

    Serves 30 to 35 people.
