- 1 quart milk, skim
- 1/2 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
- 1 x artifical sweetener to taste
- 2-4 teaspoons instant coffee to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon yogurt culture, non-fat
Directions

1Warm milk to 115 degrees.

2Stir in powdered milk, nutrasweet or other sugar substitute, instant coffee and vanilla.

3Mix a small amount of milk with the yogurt culture.

4Stir into the rest of the milk and incubate for six to eight hours.

5Refrigerate when thick.
