- 1 sugar cube
- Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz. apple cider
- 3/4 oz. cognac
- 4 oz. Champagne, prosecco, cava, or any dry sparkling wine
Directions

1Soak sugar cube by placing it on top of the bitters bottle.

2Holding sugar cube in place with your finger, turn bottle upside down.

3The bitters will drip onto the cube, soaking it in seconds.

4Drop cube into a champagne flute.

5Pour in apple cider and cognac.

6Finish with sparkling wine.
