  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Sift together flour and sugar.

    Stir in marshmallows and set aside.
  3. 3
    Bring the shortening, margarine, cocoa and Coke to a boil. Remove from stove and pour over dry mixture immediately.

    Stir in buttermilk, baking soda and eggs.

    Pour into greased tube pan or Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
