Coke Cake

Name: Coke Cake
Ingredients: 2 c. flour; 2 c. sugar; 2 sticks butter; 3 Tbsp. cocoa; 1 c. Coca-Cola; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. soda; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coca-Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine flour and sugar.

Heat cocoa, butter and Coca-Cola. Bring to a boil.

In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla and stir.

Pour Coca-Cola mixture over flour, sugar mixture and mix well.

Pour milk and egg mixture in with other. Add marshmallows and stir.

Pour in greased and floured Pyrex dish (9 x 13-inch) and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until done. (Test with a toothpick.)
