- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) oleo
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. Coca-Cola
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Sift flour and sugar together; stir in marshmallows and set aside.

3Bring to a boil, shortening, oleo, cocoa and Coke.

4Remove from heat and pour over dry ingredients. Stir in buttermilk, baking soda and eggs.

5Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Note:

6You do not beat the mixture.

7Cool about 30 minutes before icing cake.
