  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour (sifted)
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. Coke (last)
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix together ingredients.

    Add Coke last.

    Fold in gently. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Ice with chocolate frosting. You may make layers or sheet cake.
