  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. small marshmallows
  • 1 c. pecans (optional)

Directions

    Sift together sugar and flour.

    Boil margarine, cocoa and Coke together 1/2 minute and add to dry mixture.

    Mix buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows; add to other mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Pour mixture into sheet pan.
