  • 4 lb. roast (chuck, round or sirloin tip)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • small bottle Coca-Cola
  • 14 oz. chili sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Score roast in several places.

    Fill each slit with salt, pepper and garlic salt.

    Sear roast on all sides in oil.
  4. 4
    Remove, drain or blot fat from roast.
  5. 5
    Place roast in foil lined pan.

    Pour Coke, and chili sauce over roast; add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.

    Cover loosely with foil and bake 3 hours in 325° oven.
