  • 1 large Coca-Cola
  • 1 pkg. strawberry jello (large)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can frozen strawberries
  • juice from frozen strawberries
  • 1 large (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Bring to boil 1 cup Coca-Cola; add jello and stir well.

    Add remaining Coke and strawberry juice.

    Chill in refrigerator until almost set.

    Add drained pineapple and strawberries.
  5. 5
    Add cheese and pecans and stir until mixed.
  6. 6
    Chill in mold.
