  • 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. carbonated cola beverage
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except cola and marshmallows in large mixing bowl.

    Blend at low speed, beat one minute at medium speed. Add cola and blend well.

    By hand, stir in marshmallows.

    Pour batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
