  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. cola drink
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs, beaten

    Sift together flour and sugar.

    Stir in marshmallows; set aside.

    In saucepan, put cola, margarine, shortening and cocoa. Bring to a boil.

    Pour over flour mixture.

    Stir in buttermilk, soda and eggs.

    Pour in greased tube pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
