- 5 or 6 c. diced potatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 or 3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 7 to 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Cook potatoes, onions and cabbage in enough water to cover. Next, add soup, milk and seasonings.

2Heat.

3Add crumbled bacon just before serving.

4Makes approximately 8 servings.
