Ingredients

  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 16 stuffed green olives
  • 4 green onions (tops and bottoms)
  • 2 (4 oz.) green chiles
  • 4 or 5 hot jalapenos
  • 1 small can ripe olives
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. (12-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Chop green olives, onions and jalapenos.

    Mix sour cream and cream cheese.

    Add other ingredients (except tortillas).

    Spread on 12-inch flour tortillas.

    Roll, pinching end tight.

    Chill overnight.
