  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 Tbsp. orange Jell-O (dry)
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 or 5 c. diced peaches (raw)
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix together cornstarch, salt, sugar and water.

    Cook until thick; remove from heat and add dry Jell-O.

    Cool.

    Fold in diced peaches.

    Pour into baked pie shell.

    Top with Cool Whip before serving.
