Cold Marinated Carrot Salad

  • 2 pounds Carrots, Sliced And Cooked Tender
  • 1 whole Green Pepper, Diced
  • 3 whole Medium Onions, Sliced
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 3/4 cups Vinegar
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

    Place vegetables in dish.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Mix remaining ingredients (sauce), and pour over the vegetables. Marinate in the fridge at least 12 hours before serving. I usually make it a day ahead.
