  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3 cup regular white granulated sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp orange extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract

    Cream the softened butter and sugar together.

    to your butter mixture add your eggs one at a time.

    In a separate bowl add your flour, salt and baking powder.

    I sifted this all together to combined.

    Alternately add flour and heavy cream to batter.

    Beginning and ending with flour.

    stir in your extracts and zest.

    Spray a bunt pan with non stick baking spray.

    Add your batter to pan.

    Place in oven and set oven temperature to 325.

    Baking for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    let cool on a wire rack for 10 to 20 minutes.

    Then turn out on to plate.

    note : if using salted butter omit salt.

    This is a good all purpose pound.
