  • 1 cup rice
  • 12 cup sweet cream
  • 12 cup sugar
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon spice essence
  • 3 cups milk

Directions

    Boil the rice in milk with a little salt.

    Cool.

    Add sugar and 2 tbsps.

    whipped cream.

    Pack into a jelly mould.

    Allow to get cool.

    Turn out.

    Spread with jam and cover with the rest of the whipped cream, flavoured with vanilla essence.
