  • 12 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 c. chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 to 3 shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. red onions
  • 1 c. Italian dressing
  • seasoning to taste

Directions

    Cook spaghetti according to package.

    After spaghetti is cooked, drain and rinse well in cold water.

    Add all the vegetables together with noodles.

    Add seasonings (such as seasoned salt, Lawry's 17 seasonings, etc.) and mix.

    Add Italian dressing; mix well.

    Serves 8 to 10.
