  • 32 oz. tomato juice
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • whites of 5 scallions, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • pinch of thyme
  • salt and sugar to taste (about 1/4 tsp.)
  • grated rind of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except sour cream.

    Chill until very cold.

    An hour before serving, mix in sour cream.
