- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salt (not iodized)
- 2 c. light brown sugar-packed
- 1/4 c. dry mustard
Directions

1Mix a paste of the spices and mix into cider vinegar.

2Use whole small cucumbers and leave the stem in place. If large cucumbers, after washing, cut them into spears.

3After the cucumbers are clean, place in a large jar or crock.

4Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and weight them down with a plate or non metal object to keep the cucumbers below the brine.
