Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage, shredded
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. oil
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in large mixing bowl.

2Mix sugar in and set aside.

3Meanwhile, bring vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed and mustard to a boil.

4Remove from heat and add oil.

5Bring to boil again and pour over cabbage mixture.

6Refrigerate at least 2 days.

7Will keep for 2 weeks.
