  • 1 medium head cabbage (firm cabbage)
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Shred cabbage.

    Shred carrot.

    Combine eggs, sugar, vinegar, salt and butter.

    Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.

    When cold, add 1/2 cup Carnation cream.

    Pour over cabbage.
