Ingredients
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 lump butter (2 Tbsp.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 or 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1In a small pot, heat the water, vinegar and the butter.

2Mix together the sugar, mustard, salt and flour.

3After mixing, add to it 1 well beaten egg.

4Mix well and then pour into pot of water and vinegar.

5Keep stirring to keep smooth.

6When thickened, pour over grated cabbage.

7Store in the refrigerator.

8Will keep for days.
